CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for appointment cancellations. Insufficient notice will incur a charge of 50% of the booked services. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked services to the card on file. Cancellations made less than one hour before the appointment time, or if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, will be considered a "No Show".
